9:10 – 9:40 AM - Skill Drills for Sport of the Day
9:40 – 10:25 AM - Skill Practice Game for Sport of the Day
10:25 – 10:40 AM - Water Break
10:40 – 11:25 AM - Group Game or Station Activities
11:25 AM – 12:00 PM - Lunch
12:00 – 12:30 PM - Team Time
12:30 – 1:00 PM - Skill Drills for Sport of the Day
1:00 – 1:45 PM - Game for Sport of the Day
1:45 – 2:00 PM - Water Break & Rest
2:20 – 2:50 PM - Final Group Game
2:50 – 3:00 PM - Cool Down, Reflection, & Dismissal Prep
