9:10 – 9:40 AM - Skill Drills for Sport 1
9:40 – 10:25 AM - Game/Activity for Sport 1
10:25 – 10:40 AM - Water Break & Snack
10:40 – 11:25 AM - Group Game or Station Activities
11:25 – 11:55 AM - Team Time (Team-building and quiet time)
11:55 AM – 12:30 PM - Lunch Break
12:30 – 1:00 PM - Skill Drills for Sport 2
1:00 – 1:45 PM - Game/Activity for Sport 2
1:45 – 2:00 PM - Water Break & Rest
2:00 – 2:45 PM - Final Group Game or Free Play
2:45 – 3:00 PM - Cool Down, Reflection, & Dismissal Prep
